Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health $7,500 - $15,000 sign on bonus available!Hugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health) proudly serves Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC. 7 additional counties in VA including Carroll, Floyd, Grayson, Henry, Patrick, Pulaski, Wythe)
Monday-Friday shift 8am-5pm
Education and Formal Training: Associate degree in nursing, RN licensed in the State of North Carolinaor Virginia . Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.
Work experience: EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATES!
Must have a current/valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
